Music - Mr. Konno and Band Director - Mr. Teare

Weekly music classes for kindergarten through 8th grade students focus on developing an appreciation of various music styles, learning seasonal and liturgical songs, and becoming familiar with instruments and rudimentary note reading. A Christmas Pageant is presented by members of all classes in early December.

A separate band program, for 3rd through 8th graders, begun last year, offers small group instruction in clarinet, flute, saxaphone, trumpet, trombone, bells and drums. Performances by the band are scheduled in December and May.
